only real problems if modded will be the exhaust system 101Db limit is needed to pass, dont think they test for cats at a SVA. You'll also need a rear fog, side indicators, front plate and maybe mirror adjustments depending which station you go to (dont go to Southampton)

A rear wing can be a problem to, anything sharp etc that can harm to a pedestrian must be removed

Good decision mate, I'm the one you talk to on the other forum.

What about buying one of those ex-Silverstone cars for sale, which V1PER posted up, or the examples for sale on the UKViperClub classifieds?

No I wouldn't touch one of those ex silverstone cars .Think of all the idiots who have driven them over the years not knowing how to change gear ,bad clutch control ,seat wear etc. What I want is a nice low mile acr or even a final edition. The trouble is that I really want a silver/blue stripe which are quite rare(98and99). cheers.

Is that 350z4life or Viper4life

Yep I’ve seen you sneaking around the alley as Viper4life, you must be a Cat you have so many lives,

The great thing about SVA it that you can take all the dodgy stuff off and as long as it doesn’t look like it will be put straight back on to the guy checking, you can put it straight back on afterwards.

Just to correct Viper on one thing, you don't need a front number plate (or indeed a back number plate) for the SVA as you have to get the car SVA'd before you can register it.

Regarding cats/exhaust the 2001 ACR passed with no mods to this area.
