Been stock ride hide and no front splitter has never been a problem for me, no problem over speed bumps, I always crab across side ways just incase.

Reversing of the drive then pavement if I go straight back can cause a scraping sound at the front, I always
lock the wheels to avoid this

Would like to know the ground clearance as well as I have a steep drive, the cerby can just scrape sometimes. Also will a Viper fit in a "Bovis" size garage ?

will get the tape out this afternoon

you will need a wide garage to get out, the doors are aound 300mm thick and need to open a fair way out so you can squeeze past

viper dimensions on the club site

5" my 4x4 doesnt even have that much !!

bottom edge of front lip on the nose has 89mm, next lowest point is the non standard exhaust just behind the rear wheels at 100mm, I'd say the chassis is another 25mm higher, but didnt measure that. This is for a 2000 model, measurements may vary on earlier models but cant be sure
