Have any of you Viper owners ever attempted to remove/replace a headlamp unit.

I've started a couple of times before and ended up putting it all back together again through fear of it not going back together at all..

If any of you guys can help I would appreciate some guidance.

Just take the nose / font bumper section off! About 6 little bolts down each wheel-arch section (M5) 8mm-head, about 11 x 11-metric-head bolts under the front lower lip section, and a load of plastic 'fir-tree' type push-in fasteners that are b*ggars to get out in the top section in front on the rad / beneath hood section, theres one under each headlight too that aren't easy to get to! Watch bolts can rust in so any stuck, WD40 them and go careful or you will end up spinning the fastener in the support on the arch ones! With someone supporting bumper at front pull / ease off pulling back and outwards the rear of the bumper at each arch section. Disconnect fog, and indicators at connections in wires behind bumper. Pull bumper off forwards, (you'll see it sits snuggly on a fiber glass support). The bumper will flex a fair amount, with out flaking paint, you will have to do this a little! Head lights several bolts, all on shims for alignment, adjustment bolts through slotted holes to fit up to hood / bumper. (Any probs, want talking through it, email me a landline number or I'll give you my number). Not time to type further tips!

Thanks Nad

Sounds so simple that I think I'll leave it till I've got a spare few days, but usefull to know anyway, that is unless you find yourself in sunny Kent one day, bored with nothing better to do.
