Hi,

Currently with Headley Insurance, quote just came through for £326, which is great. But since I cannot access the Viper for the next 6 months thought I may as well see what I can do to reduce the insurance. But problem is Headley cannot take any new business on these cars going forward. So if I let the insurance lapse I will be classed as new business and therefore will not be able to renew my insurance with them. My only option with them is to reduce the milegae to the bare minimum of 1500.

So just wanted to ask on this old topic, what are you paying and who with?

Thanks

Kevin

Kev, the renewal on my RT-10 with Competition Car Insurance, 3000 miles including five track days was £324

By the way anyone else with CCI should make a note of the new phone number allocated to the Viper specific claims advisor which has just been introduced and in the event of any mishap will held speed things along. 0844 891 1253 CCI asked me to pass this on when I spoke with them last week.

Post codes seem to make a massive diffrence frown Flux are usless for me, silly qoutes of around £1000

Headley gave a good qoute in the £300 bracket but once I subbmited pictures of the car they backed out, as the car was not stock.

So that left CCI, It goes up a few quid each year (I guess due to inflation) but currently paying £385.00 for 5000 Miles PA But as I said a lot of it is down to Post codes, (and Im inside the M25)
