..well i was looking some time back; had thought about a few months ago, benno's viper he had; but that didnt work out. So now, i have seen one ('97 GTS, blue / white stripe - un-mod'd, low mileage, unmarked, blah di blah)..and left a deposit (oo err). I've organised some dosh; just need to sell my porker 964 C4 '90 to make up the rest.
Awesome or what........will hopefully have done the deal by beg of August. This would mean 5 cars in 3 yrs: so now if this all works out as per the script I dont want to change again. And this is from someone who was looking to go to a fancy new porker or masser or someother piece of european finery.
I cant get over the sheer torque; the simplicity & beauty of the design and when you open up the bonnet: 'kinell. The test drive was great albeit i was very nervous.
I am so beside myself..not sure how I am going to wait, whilst I sort out the bits and pieces to make this happen.
hopefully there is room for another amongst the vipertribe.

thanks for kind comments. and to make it even better, my son just said he saw one; my sec. said she saw one in kent on thursday evening: both thought cool (far more impressed as to what my sec. says..) The family doesnt know i am sorting one out...which is a high risk strategy, as i have soaked some mega squiddies away over the years on motas...but what the hell.

yes done adrian flux...they are the best; they were not as good with the classics, but kick the rest into a cocked hat with the americana. have me quote (which is in the £450 bracket..but hard to compare as we are all different), sorted me porsche - well do the business bgng of aug, sorted me finance. So all systems go..
