Why is it so cheap?

29 is the starting price who knows what the reserve price is, although this car has been up for sale for nearly 2 years at various prices, something to do with black been a slow colour has stopped it selling or maybe having a re-spray hasnt helped much... no black option at the factory in 1997, blue and red only
