Help needed "URGENTLY" we have been in contact with NZ transport and i have given them all info on the drivers door plate to prove the car meets all road regs for NZ highways.The car meets all requirements except 2.Frontal Impact and Emissions unless we can get this they won,t allow the car into NZ!Ahhhhhh!!!!Does anyone know were i could get a Certificate of Conformatey from.I tried U.K Milton Keynes who said no car made before 2001 conform(yet there are Viper running around NZ built before this date!)but i think there talking crap as usual.Would trying Chrysler in the USA or maybe Jon B might know?Help.....Please!Someone..anyone.Can,t face leaving the beast behind!

Try international assistance in the USA, 248 512 7730 or 800 992 1997, but be prepared to shoved around from department to department.

It may be worth talking to Phil, the local guy to me who moved to Florida, sounds like the exact problem he had when the GTS landed, (european car) Dodge in the USA sorted it out but it took nearly 2 weeks

If all fails I'll raid the piggy bank, and see what I can scrape together

What about calling the company that convert them to RHD they might be able to help......

Thanks Guys,have e-mailed viperformance and will try the guy that Paul meet at Goodwood who lives in NZ with a Viper.Thanks for the other number Neil,will try them also.

Been in touch with Peter (Paul meet him at Goodwood)from NZ,he also has a 1997gts and thinks we should be O.K.He,s even going to drop into the NZ road safety people to double check for me..what a sound guy....Seems that there are 2 GTS,s and 4-6 RT-10,s in NZ.

NZ non-OE tough seat regulations

Looks like the ass whipping I was going to give Tom is off. Ah well, the least he can do is to give me the seats
