looks like they are the plums....might as well put 300
Ah, but the A303 Is longer than the Millbrooke straight looks like they are the plums....might as well put 300
Private road of course
I think a few of us (Neil) have press packs about the car, I think it even one of my first bits of Viper Collectables (now going mouldy in a loft somewhere?). Neil might have more info on this car. BTW...If that car ever went 255mph without any aero items they should have touched base with the RENTACAR Le Mans RT/10 Vipers ....Justin Bell reported the car's front end trying to lift at 205mph! Thanks for the link Mark......nice to know it's still about.
Hi Mark it was a massive task for me but i had been working on yanks for 20 odd years and the same customer owned a genuine 427 shelby cobra that i rebuilt that was making over 500 bhp after it was done a picture of it is on my web site, the viper was a new 1994 american spec so we had to change everything when it was imported before it could go on the road he only done 1100 miles before we started the work.
If you look at the front you will see the spoiler its from a escort cosworth and under the front is reinforced
alluminium shaped plate to support it and create ground affect it never moved it was solid on the road all helped by custom adjustable koni coil overs if you look at the spoiler end plate you will see a split thats air ducting to cool the front brakes.

Yes the rear window on the original car was clipped in and used to blow out at high speed so we made new glass and frame and the glass was bonded in also helping aerodynamics thats what you can see, also there is a kevlar roof that fits it, the doors were cut and we designed and made door glass fitted runners and modified fiesta electric door motor assembly`s. The doors boot and petrol cap were solanoid operated, the braking system was upgraded we fitted ABS system all parts from the ford granada parts bin, also we fitted electric motors in the door mirrors ford granda mk 2.
