Watch out guys seems like there is a 2006 Blue and Silver SRT10 Coupe that was a complete USA write off shown on Carfax with serious damage, seems like its been repaired in the US and shipped to the UK to get a clean HPI check.

To any prospective Viper owner always check with us, we are part of the Viper Club of America and can often find information that others can hide.

Begs the question, is this fraud with criminal intent?? Seems like it to me.

Could it also be our old friend???

I spotted this one in the Classifieds yesterday Paul... Any idea whether this is the one you are talking about, or is it yet to be repaired?

Edited to add, I have a feeling that those wheels weren't available in 2006, (but I am not certain of that), and the Viper badge is missing from the centre of the steering wheel.

Also edited to add that the seller does, perhaps coincidentally, reside in Essex...

the white striped coupe is a mint'er owned by viperbh on here from gloucester, i spoke to Helena last year its covered very low mileage. it appeared briefly for sale then was removed the next day, must of been a change of heart

Well been digging a bit, and the mobile number on the advert is also the mobile number of the Team Manager of East Bergholt Football Club, which is also based in the Colchester/Essex area... I have to say, that without jumping to too many conclusions too early, I'm not liking the way this is beginning to tie together...

I was trying not to tie it to the advert just in case I got binned but as the cat is out of the bag yes at present its on PH.

Gotcha N.A. Carriage also has premises in Romford, where the last Viper was advertised.

I do hope any prospective buyer see's the post, or pehaps the mods may pull the advert.

I don't have a problem with people selling bent cars as long as they are not trying to hide anything. If they are trying to hide the truth, they need to be strung up off the nearest tree, a rope put round their feet and the other end tied to the back of my Viper I would make full use of my tow hook!

Those stripes have not been painted very well either - look closely and one side is thinner than the other!

This is the one I posted about around a year ago. I ran the carfax then. I think I still have the report.
Yes its a writeoff. Said seller also had a few Z06's for sale last year. I didnt check them out but suspect a similar history for them.

That being said, the car does look nice
If the repair is a good one it might not be so bad. Though Id want another £5k off..
