Will get it sorted asap Neil!.(Were only paying for 2 adults and NOT for our 2 girls ...3 and 10 as somehow i don,t think they will eat £20 worth of food, chatted to Steve last week and kids have to pay"£10 EACH !"..."They Don,t Do Kids"was the reply...So stuff that were doing a packed lunch for them and if they happen to eat what we don,t want then so be it!....sad really as I would have been more than happy to pay a £5 for them)

Leigh's in the same boat, but his kids can just about eat the same amount as adults. I don't know anything about the costs this year, but last year it cost Steve a lot more than the £10's we all chipped in, £10 didnt even cover the engraved glass we all received, with all the hidden cost, numerous bottles of wine and beer he supplied etc... last year year there was petrol costs and overnight accomodation for the caterers as they travelled further than me, (thanks Paul)

Unfortunately the tenner isn't just for the food
I reckon they want a certain amount to even turn up. I know it aint been easy to get a team and I don't know what Steve has arranged. This year there is port-a-loo's costs, and no doubt some charge for the bar

I can see your point though
