Saw a lovely Viper in Coventry last weekend

Following a day out at the NEC, we stopped at my mate's girlfriend's parents in Coventry for a bite to eat. Their neighbour is a bit of a petrolhead, owning a Cerb 4.5, 993 Turbo 4 'GT' and a rather tasty blue Viper.

We were hoping for a quick nose around, as neither of us had seen one up close before (and maybe a passenger ride) Sadly, the Viper's engine was in bits as the chap was fixing a water leak in time for Le Mans.

Was very impressed with the guy's ability with the spanners, but then he's a senior Land Rover engineer! Apparently he got the car for a very reasonable price, only to have overheating problems within a few hundred miles.

Hopefully on our next trip north we might be luckier.
