Grey Viper in Harrogate.

Saw a Gunmetal white striped monster just off Otley road. I was heading to the squinting cat at around 7pm Friday night. You may of spotted us gorkin and nearly smashin into the learner driver coming the opposite way. Was going to follow you but not sure how it would of been received (stalker). Any chance of a closer peak as the missus would love to see it up close in person (and me)?
I think he must as he drives the sexiest Viper I ever saw. Neil please o please let me come and take a peak. THats as close as I have ever been to one and the sheer sight of this car was enough to send a young man like me over the edge.
By the way venom500 I seen your pics on your profile yours is also up there with the greatest. I want one.

been away for the weekend although I have just checked to see if it was still in the garage. Harrogate is to far North for me, markpetrie if your ever around Brum I'll take you for a spin in a similar looking car to the one you spotted.

exactly the same is rather odd, as white stripes didn't come out of the factory, silver was standard. I applied vinyl stripes as the car came with no stripes. There are only 2 other similar (Steel Grey) that the viper club is aware of in the UK, not that others don't exist over here, and neither have white stripes.
The car you spotted, isnt a PH'er or a viperclub person
A good GTS in general starts at around £37K for a 1997 and climbs from there depending on year, they do hold there value very well after the first couple years of depreciation.

Come to TOTB3. You'll see fast Vipers there being driven exactly how they should be driven. Venom500 and NGTS will be there. You said in the other thread that you have tickets or will get tickets.
97 Vipers don't have ABS on the Gen 2. 2001+ models have ABS. No forged internals after 2000, either.

Nope, will be on holiday (if the fuel strike or talks about check-in strike don't hinder things like last year).
And still got an ingrowing toenail infection which, even with the strongest pastes and antibiotics, still hurts and makes wearing shoes difficult. Need to get the infection surgically removed, which will mean I can't be in shoes so probably, maybe, won't be able to go on holiday.
