It can't be mine because I haven't even received a final valuation for it yet. Until a sensible offer arrives and I have paid in the money the car is still my property

As an aside I'm supposed to have a conference call with the insurer Aviva today at 9am to discuss the value... So far I'm still on Pistonheads waiting for the call...
