Oh FFS! So the same day I decide to have the car detailed etc ready for sale I get hit by an HGV. Perfect.

Ah well down to business it is then. Anybody recommend a repairer that knows their way around a Dodge Viper please?

Thanks,

Andy

The panels down the passenger side are cracked and smeared with rubber. Both wheels have been damaged and I'm not sure the door lines up properly now. The front wheel isn't pointing the right way anymore either. Someone recommended Brin Jones in Bristol and after talking to them I've gone with them as the assessor and potential repairer. They deal with higher end cars anyway and have repaired US imports before. The assessor seemed switched on when I spoke to him

The good thing there is that the Underwriter will be Aviva, formerly Norwich Union, who, from experience at work, have an excellent Claims Department. Best of luck with everything Andy!

Andy I am very sorry to hear that. When I crashed my ACR into a tree I sent it back to the US in a container to be repaired at www.douglevinmotorsports.com PM me if you want any info.

If it is not so serious I can recommend St Georges Workshop in Camberley who fixed the rear end after another smash when a car skidded into it in a car park.

Thanks for your thoughts and suggestions guys. The car's being collected on Monday and going to Brin Jones in Bristol so I can keep tabs on its progress. I'm looking to take some photos to document the repairs as they take place
