to the total knob, riding the fireblade, whom I caught up to whilst filtering up the A23 this morning.

Unlike most bikers I know (and a lot I don't) when you're caught up to by another bike in traffic who wants to get past, you dutifully pull in at an opportune moment and let them past, you do NOT under any circumstances try and brake test them by slapping both brakes on as hard as you can. Stupid, stupid.

Lucky I know how to control the Tig when both wheels are locked up

It's sunny. What do you expect? It's probably the first time he's had his bike out this year, and the brakes are still a bit grabby from all the rust on the discs

I must say. I'm really looking forward to the first Numpty Sunday of the year, with all those couples in their matching his and hers shiny leathers trying to remove themselves from the gene pool via my car.
