Paint effects

Could anyone recommend a paint shop/works which specialises in paint effects for bikes in Kent or Southeast generally (have a friend who is rebuilding a trike)

Not exactly in your area, but I've been quite impressed with the work they've done on some of the Lilley triumphs in the past.
