You're all passionate about your bikes, but is there much cross-over into the car world?

I have both (OK performance car but crap bike) but I would never give up either. I would have a fast bike if I reach the ground (yellow 748) but I can't.

Sold my M3 Evo to relieve some running costs as the car was sat in the garage as I had a company car. The 748 has filled the gap that the car left and is a damn sight cheaper than the Bavarian beast to run. I run a Bora TDi to work at the moment as I travel 70 miles and back each day from Camberley to Basildon. If we decide to re-locate then there will be a possible change to an Exige or M-Coupe. The Bora does astound me from time to time as the torque is quite fun round b-roads.

I ride an '03 R6 and drive a Ferrari F355.
I love them both and I couldn't live without either of them

I'd quite like a bigger bike but I get too much of a buzz from beating R1's etc on my little 6 at the track

Got a tvr 350 and a Westfield Megabusa turbo but love my bikes! Have a tricked up Honda CRF 450 Supermoto for the weekends and a new 400 CCM for trail riding and a one off 99 Ducatti Monster built specially for carl Foggarty by Ducatti which I hardly ever use. Full of carbon bits, special seat etc and a 960 conversion that Carl's race mechanic Slick built for him. Carl did less than 100 miles on it it now has approx 1,000.

Other bike/car pictures available on my profile.

You don't know Slick, do you? Only I've a limited edition pencil drawing of Carl on the #2 916, signed by the artist and Carl, that I'd like to get Slick to sign.

Any help gratefully accepted.

Would it be imposing too much if I posted the picture to you for him to sign, please?

Thanks in advance.

Colin

As I said Im will not see Slick till one of the WSB rounds over here, I would't want you to send me a valuable or rare picture that I might have to keep for ages in case I lose it or whatever.

I am not trying to be awkward but if you are going to either of the WSB rounds in England this year email me through my profile I will find out if Slick is going and will arrange to get you in the paddocks so you can get him to sign it 1st hand.

Here is a piccy of Carl looking round my car just before I took delivery so you don't think I am fobbing you off!!

I'll drink to that one. Been looking at CBR600RR's and 749s's Very very tempted. But i cant knock the R6 on the track days shes a litre eater! Very satisfing.

As for Fast Cars.

Sadley i dont have one, does a Pick up count i've been cought speeding in it twice and drifts looovely in wet corners! Would love a Caterham was looking at a 350Z yesterday too.

Have a Chimaera 500 and the little SV. Once I have the skills (and NCB) to insure something a little larger, I can see a different and hopefully second bike as a distinct possibility.

Steve.
