...from grinning too much.
A long week at work, tempers frayed, a snotty drive home. And then bliss. Dry road, get the bike out. Mmm. How much you forget in 6 months or so of bikeless-ness. The simple joy of being narrow again. Ye gods it was fun to taunt the very sports car I had bought, and to leave it for dead in moderate traffic. Fun to tease the big uber-saloons and then pull away into the night. The traffic light GP, knowing that short of an R1 lining up, no one is gonna toast me. And I seriously had face ache when I got home. This was fun. Welcome back. Just gotta remember why I quit the last time, and keep the speed down a bit. Shiney side up folk.
