First ride of the year!

Fantastic day today - got out on the bike for my first decent ride since October. As far as I can tell I'm now walking around with a grin on my face for the first time since October too! Ended up going up Cheddar Gorge three times because it was just so good - especially as the Grockles haven't got it into their heads to descend en masse into Somerset yet!

Nice one Mon ami. Just been out myself, cant beat taking the bike out for a run. Shame we have such sh*t weather.

No hope this weekend or next of getting the kwack out , ive got to refit an indicator which i knocked out and give the chain a clean and relube etc etc ,
But ive still got a bit of tyre left to have fun with before getting it replaced

Did it again today and ended up at the Bristol Classic Show at Shepton Mallet (how did the Bristol Classic Show end up 30 miles from Bristol?!!). Very nearly bought a basket case Triumph TR6R - unfortunately I couldn't get it in my rucksack, much to my girlfriend's relief. Sad to report that the A37, once one of my favourite bike roads, is now speed camera infested at just about every turn .
