Yep, although my route from Twickenham to the West End was snow and ice free so no hassles.

Road in the Blizzard last nite in London. It was worse this am navigating down the 30m of sideroad down to the main road. Half inch thick sheet ice......good job my balance was up to it!!!! Once on the main roads it was plain sailing even tho' I did take it easy......

Mmmm. I managed to get home last night with only one wobble, however one look at the black ice opposite my house at 6:30am this morning meant I was not pulling on leathers, but a work suit to catch the train. And I'm still in the office but at least work will pay for the taxi home when I - eventually - leave.

Well I've bottled it, borrowed racegirls car earlier in the week when it was at it's worst and blagged a lift the last 2 days, but I'll be back on the bike on Monday
as long as I can get off the drive with out going arse over tit, something thats tricky on foot at the moment
