Commuting in traffic, who's fault ?
Discussion
you would struggle to stand at all, probably need crutches
I had a similar, got 50/50 but it took a fight. basically you may do alright, but your the one that has to suffer the injuries.... in real world terms, it really is your own choice as to wether you take the risk to your life.

Do a lot of weaving thro motorway traffic every day.
How would i stand if i was knocked off (hopefully will never happen)while nipping between lanes ?
Depends on the circumstances and what witness evidence was available. I have just helped a guy to a 90/10 settlement in his favour after an accident as a result of filtering down the Motorway, but I have seen others have judgement made 100% against them for similar crashes.
Every crash has to be judged on merit and all the circumstances taken into account, therefore it cannot be deemed as a 50/50 without studying all the evidence.
Filtering is a rather grey area. It's legal, but can be deemed irresponsible if your going too fast, or nipping into ridiculous gaps etc.
A mate of mine was knocked off his bike whilst filtering on the M4. He got 100% payout. It helped that another car driver came forward as a witness to say that he'd done nothing wrong, and that the muppet car driver merely changed lanes without looking.
Hope this helps
