Track Day Experience

Nipped over from general gassing with a bike question.

I have a friend who's birthday is coming up and a few of us want to club together for a really decent surprise for him.

Was wondering whether there is anywhere in the south east that does track day experience where you can get expert tuition and blast round the track on a variety of different bikes.

My mate has been a biker for about 17 years and has ridden most types of machine. He's got a lot of experience and can handle pretty much anything, but I know he'd love to have a go on some more exotic bikes given half the chance!

Anyone know where I can find this type of thing?
