Triumph Help Needed

Does anyone know how to remove the cockpit on a Triumph Sprint ST? I need to replace the headlight unit after some rubble from a skip lorry smashed it and can't see how the top part of the fairing comes off.
I have removed all the allen bolts around the fairing and the screen and can't see any more fixings to remove. Any help appreciated.

Trying desperately to remember... screws down the front, side panels OFF, screws under the headlights somwhere, the 2 black screen trims, the mirrors... takes a while as you can guess, all this for a position light that had a duff connection...

I found a Haynes manual in Halfords, surprisingly.
It seems I should have removed the mirrors first

Looked last night, please add the black rad to side panel trims to the list of bits on the floor..
