Bike Test Changes Deferred

Oh look. Instead of banging it into car drivers' head that they need to open their eyes, they put the onus on the biker to avoid someone else's -up.

So when the inevitable happens, and our hypothetical biker is laid up with sundry broken bones because he smacked into some berk who pulled out on him, the insurance company will have a field day trying to prove that he took 'insufficient avoiding action'...
