Sorry about the pun, but it was the most direct way of explaining the problem.

Was in Hein Gericke over the weekend, and was shopping for my jacket and trousers. Really wanted to get a 2 piece leather set, to sort me for the future, but ended up getting a set of semi leather trousers and material (or whatever the term is!) jacket. Due to my chest size, the largest leather they had (size 58, is it universal sizing?) didnt fit!

So, back to the question, how large do they go and who do 'em? Simple really!

Check last weeks MCN as editor is a 'big lad' and writes a piece on large kit (have thrown my copy away now - so can't quote) it should still be on sale.

BTW my 2-pce leathers seem to have 'shrunk' over time, has anyone else had this problem

there are a few other made to measure leather people

er.. BKS again expensive and there is another one thats a bit cheaper but cant think of it for now it will come to me

I think Crowtree (www.crowtreeleathers.co.uk) are thought very well of and they start at around £400 IIRC.
