Hi all, after all the cracking advice, support etc. on this forum. I've joined your merry band. Yes I passed today, well chuffed.

Next problem what bike to get. Ask 20 people get 20 different responses!! Thinking sports tourer 600 but need to get loads of money first will be a while.

But tonight will be silly night!! Thanks again.

Well done, have fun deciding what sort of bike you want. If you get a shortlist try blagging a few test rides. At this time of year dealers often have open days at weekends with test rides on offer. Look through MCN Bikemart to see if there's anything in your area.

well done

what bike SV 650 or R1

but about the U-turns keep practicing why you ask? because the only time you will ever need to do one will be in front of 150 bikers all stareing just at you as flail about like a goon.

Thats what happens to me any how

Well done, I know the feeling I passed last week.

Do what I did and get an RVF 400 (or a VFR 400).
Trust me when I say there is plenty power for a beginner plus the handling is great. And Honda build quality.
Course thats if you're going down the sportsbike route.
