FI light came on when I left Donington yesterday. Engine running very lumpy and pi55ing fuel straight through the engine and smoking it out the exhausts.

-COO diagostic reading on the dash suggests the ECU is OK (thank you Rilot from the gsx1300r forum).

Has anyone had a similar problem. If yes, what brought it on and how did you get rid of it?

I'm off to check all the sensors before atacking the fridge.

Can't help, but I'm guessing you were there with a mille riding mate?

You got it, Nigel.
As Eezer says - Great day!! :-(

AA wouldn't accept the Fuel Injection problem couldn't be fixed by the roadside so I ended up waiting 4 hours for a relay home. Thank goodness I had shorts and sandals to change into, otherwise I'd have been hard-boiled in that heat.

Have to get Busa fixed pronto so I can join Eezer and a load of other RSV riders for a track day at Donington on 30th.

If I can't get it fixed I may just have to buy an RSV (I want one but my babelicious "leader" won't allow a 2nd bike!) so I can take part.
