Just read in today's MCN that there's an awesome Bike chase in Matrix Reloaded featuring a Ducati 996. Apparently the chase scenes cost more to make than the entire first film - including builing their own 1.5 mile stretch of highway.

Going on Saturday....

Just watched reloaded(didnt think much of it)

She was unable to out run an american cop car in a strieght line. it easily kept up with her as if !

just like MI2 where they couldnt out run a pick up ffs on 2 bikes

also there was a film on the other night where some big cadilac type thing kept up with 2 916's !!!

mind you I supose there woulnt be much of a film if they just rode of into the sunset realy easily and lived happily ever after

Watched MR and thought the action sequences were well worth a look.

Agreed that the bike should have been capable of more(although the passenger was weighed down, I suspect, I can't tell you any more without telling you the plot ) - but I still want one (in black).

One of the best lines went something like: "Operator, download the programme to hot wire a bike" [looks round to see that little old oriental guy has magiced up (or made in a millisecond) the key] "don't bother!"

It's a bit like the Tuscan in Swordfish - Revolting didn't need to hang around a weight for the four tonne trucks but it wouldn't make a good film!

Anyway back to MR - if you want some info about the car chase scene and other stunts (unless you're saving yourself for seeing the film) it's here
