Bike saftey with plod for £25

Dunno if anyone has seen this already but I am going to the Hayes, Kent one with a few folks from work hopefully in June. £25 for a bit of Police advice/training and a day out is well worth the effort.

I went on the Bikesafe day last month. Useful theory, helpful ride out in urban situations, but an absolutely cracking ride on country roads in the afternoon. It was an opportunity to make some real progress, with very flexible interpretation of NSL.
