just stumbled across this in a friend's barn.

he claims he will do it up one day as it only has 400 miles on the clock apparently. it's been there some time so I'm filing that under it'll never happen.

anyway everyday is a school day as I've never seen one of these before. it's a sports 125 I think.

it was accompanied by this old Honda which looks a bit like a super dream or something

That will be a 50cc sportsbike, pretty sure they are the same/similar to a certain peugeot model. I can imagine the parts will be pretty tricky to come by.

Its a Moto Minarelli ' AM6' engine so engine parts should be possible.

The rest of the bike?

Your in luck smile

We look forward to your coming soon "Motor Hispania RX50" project.

wow it's quite fancy for only a 50.

I bet there aren't many on the UK roads either so it would be a nice little ride for a 16 year old over here.

I wonder if it can be ridden in unrestricted form and what they go like.

Google says 8.7hp in full power, so 60mph on a good day with a light small rider, so 50mph realistic.

I used to have a TZR 50 back in the day, with what looks like the same engine according to that website:

A long enough straight with a bit of a tail wind, and fully tucked in, would see 70mph on the speedo. Overall the performance was more than adequate for a 16yo to ride around in the Alps, however I expect it would feel like it's faster to walk now that I'm used to 1000cc bikes!

Looks like an episode of shed and buried before Henry pays too much.

The 50 would be far more rad than the (four stroke) 125.
