Just went to renew my live pass for the 3rd year. Has anyone else noticed that it has gone up from £14 to £24? I'm sure it was £14 for the last two years since it started, I'm questioning my self now lol

You must have missed out on the discount for existing customers.

I got mine in March with a 25% off code they emailed out to 2024 subscribers.

It's still good value anyway, don't you think?

Edit: just checked what I paid in 2024 - it was £19.99 which may or may not have had a bit of discount for returning customers(?) I can't remember what it was in '23 but I think the £14.99 was 2022 only?

I subscribed for the last few years but I really don't remember getting any sort of discount code, and i've checked back through my emails? Still £20 odd quid is still a pretty good deal imo.

The code for returning customers was TTFAN25 but I guess if may no longer be valid.

From a previous PH thread on this it sounds like quite a few people didn't receive the code. Maybe an issue with the bulk email causing it to go to junk for some?

Thanks, tried it but as you said, no longer valid.

I'll pay the £23.99, can't miss the TT and the coverage on TT+ is normally pretty good.

Are the races all available to watch on demand? And if so how quickly are they uploaded?

Ended up paying £20. 99 after an option for a £3 discount was given.
This is the 3rd year of the live pass, and yes it's alway good value.
But I had to ask if anyone else noticed the increase.

Yes. They're live (obviously) and then when they finish they're available to watch on demand around 30 mins later, from what I remember.

And if you get this year's live pass the previous years' races are available to watch on demand.

Ta, I’ll go for it this year rather than ITV highlights

Definitely worth it. The coverage is excellent.

There's loads to watch and catch up on before the practice and racing gets underway, too.

IIRC don't ITV use the footage from TT+ for their highlight shows? Even down to the same presenters/ commentators?

And i've just realised I'm away TT week abroad, messed that up!!!

May have to take my ipad and sort out a VPN for the TT+ coverage, if that'll work?

I don't think it's the same commentators is it?

Wasn't it Whit and Day last year on TT+ but Coley and Cam Donald on ITV4 highlights? I'd much rather listen to Whitham than Cam Donald, personally.

I don't think you'd need a VPN as TT+ is available for anyone, anywhere, to buy.

I read this thread yesterday and remembered I used a discount code from 44 teeth last year. Thought Id wait and see if they do that again.

Then last night 44 teeth posted a TT preview with Lee Johnston on youtube.....as if by magic a TT+ discount code.

Get 20% of TT+ with code 44TT20 - https://ttplus-checkout.iomttraces.com/

Ta, done, since this was a thing I've normally been at Le Mans for some or all of race week, so I've listened on the radio and caught up with the highlights when I've got back, home this year so looking forward to it

My wife’s a teacher so we have to go away in school holidays. We did discuss me not going to the TT this year (we usually both go) and having a week in Spain or Greece. This was of course on the strict understanding that following the TT would come first and any plans made would be put aside by changes to the TT schedule. She agreed, although as it turned out I am going this year and starting to really look forward to it.

Has anyone watched/listened to the TT build up podcasts available on TT+ (they're also available elsewhere)?

I was watching the "winning lines" one last night and hadn't previously heard about Ben Birchall's mountain biking crash and how close to being killed he was.

Incredible that after all the years racing sidecars at the TT it was a pushbike that nearly did for him.
