Can anyone recommend a 2 stroke exhaust manufacturer, that could design and build a pipe for a vintage MX bike? I've seen a few online and sent some messages, but not had any replies back yet. Thought it best to ask for some recommendations smile

I'd give these guys a call: https://gibsonexhausts.co.uk/ - they are really involved in the TZR era racing in the Uk and they're really nice people.

I'm sure they'd know where could help if they can't smile

I think its fair to say Mick Abbey does the biggest variety of 2T tuning and making pipes for all manner of bikes, head over to his facebook page and you’ll see everything from RG500s to DT125s….He did a tune and pipe for my YSR80 and was brilliant to get along with and the end result was amazing.

Thanks for the suggestions. It's a 1974 Yamaha YZ125. There is an owners Facebook group but it is all stuff from across the pond

What about the clubs that run twinshock/classic MX racing? Any online presence?

I have a pair on my TZR 250 engine that he developed with a friend of his. They made them and ran back to back on loads of designs and mine came with the dyno results all written on them as per what they got on their engine.
