It could be interesting how they try and play that into their sale price..
£25-30K net profit per year isn't much to shout about, future sales/profits in serious doubt without major work and maybe a new focus (manufacturer)..
Plus increase in rent as the property isn't included... ?
Wonder how much of the last stated £2.5M in stock is now needing a major revaluation too..
As per last accounts Directors/Partners loan to be paid back, control accounts out, credit card debt...
Think I'll pass...
