At the booth , they are all automated now, is there a class of vehicles, lower than class 1 for a motorbike?

Thanks

Sensors in the road will automatically class you as a motorcycle. should be 40 to 60% cheaper than a car. Don't use the fast telepeage lanes or restricted height ones.

I've had to press the button on the toll gate many times to point out that I've only got two wheels. It's vital that if you're in a group, you need to keep a good distance between bikes on the approach otherwise it can see two bikes as one car as the leader goes through. We sussed this at an early stage many years ago.

got time get one of these take a few weeks to arrive saves a lot of hassle if you are doing a lot of autoroute - not much advantage if you're not

otherwise stay to the right

Another vote for Bip and Go. I don't know why everybody doesn't get one.

Put the device in a front facing jacket or arm pocket, slow to a near stop in a bike lane, the barrier will rise before you have to out your foot down, and carry on. Never get a ticket again, never have to pay again, just get an invoice at the end of the month with all your toll entries on, paid by direct debit. You can query them too if you think you've been incorrectly charged. You can also swap it between vehicles using their portal which has an english language version.

Costs euro 20 deposit for it and it costs euro 1.90 for every calendar month you use it, if you don't use it, costs nothing.
