It was a tenuous link between a genuine issue (muscle wastage from ageing without exercising) and their advertising product.

The Doctor pictured below looks like he'd be just at home selling knock off Viagra on the internet. The pants aren't going to compensate for being out of shape. There's never a quick fix to laziness or being out of shape.

OMG another elixir of eternal youth.
As everyone is saying the best way to stay fit is to stay fit. Although eventually mother nature will catch up with you and at that point you need plan a "B" if you want to keep biking.
What plan B is is another topic entirely..
