hi, I have an E-Rider Model 18 2023 electric moped with pedals, the pedals chain fell off and there is a plastic hanging out underneath the bike is like a compartment opened, is that supposed to be there opened, do you guys know a reliable scooter repair service in Glasgow that could fix this, thanks
