Didn't the general consesus stand that Ducati's don't go well at Thruxton? Someone forgot to tell Iddon then laugh

Last corner had it all, a 6 or 7 way tussle for the lead, contact, one forced out due to damage and a very expensive superbike destroyed. Still not entirely sure who was at fault for that one, one angle suggest a certain rider hit the other one, a different angle suggests the second rider took the firsts front wheel out from under him.

One of the angles from behind the accident also looked as though the rear wheel locked on the bike that crashed?

Not sure if it was bike failure or not though? I’d need to see it again.

Good last 5 laps though.

Yeah, looked like the rear started it.

Great race though. I wonder if Halloran slowed the pace too much and nullified his smooth riding style tyre saving strategy.

Well coming third suggests he did.

But Marco Morelli seems to be a huge talent - those "tiddler" races seem to be all about slipstreaming, but he finished well over 10 seconds ahead of anyone else!

They found him and reminded him in time for R3...

Difficult to see from the coverage, but he was hit up the rear by Kent.

It was his own crash and his bike hit Kent’s. Not sure what happened to Kent’s bike but it almost looks like it knocked the chain off as he had no drive?
