Didn't the general consesus stand that Ducati's don't go well at Thruxton? Someone forgot to tell Iddon then
Last corner had it all, a 6 or 7 way tussle for the lead, contact, one forced out due to damage and a very expensive superbike destroyed. Still not entirely sure who was at fault for that one, one angle suggest a certain rider hit the other one, a different angle suggests the second rider took the firsts front wheel out from under him.

Great race though. I wonder if Halloran slowed the pace too much and nullified his smooth riding style tyre saving strategy.
Well coming third suggests he did.But Marco Morelli seems to be a huge talent - those "tiddler" races seem to be all about slipstreaming, but he finished well over 10 seconds ahead of anyone else!

They found him and reminded him in time for R3...Lucky escape for Glenn Irwin and seems my early season prediction was up to my usual standards....completely wrong
Looks like the title fight is between TB and OMG Grilla Yamaha boys

Difficult to see from the coverage, but he was hit up the rear by Kent.Gassing Station | Biker Banter | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
