BMW F800GT electric issue

Hay all, so my BMW F800GT just cuts out on electronics (the digital display on the "dash") just goes off and after a few minutes it will come back on again... keeps on doing this. I have replaced the battery as well. How do i know if it is an earthing issue, relay / relay module or perhaps rectifier...well these are all things I have read up on. had it in, they said it was fine but after 2km's did the exact same thing... I have very little knowledge of these things.
Sounds like a broken wire to me
They're a nightmare to find and you're best taking it to someone who knows what they're doing
Usually around the head stock - I fixed one in my KTM yesterday
If you can replicate the fault by moving the bars or wiggling the loom, that will make the process much faster
It can also be a loose connection - I'd probably start by looking at the back of the dash
