I had a late "Fighter" version for about 3 months. Handled well and a great engine albeit terrible range on mine (light would come on at 80 miles without hesitation) and terrible suspension on rough roads but yours will likely have sorted that. I'd definitely have another if I had the chance. There was a guy making adapted link pipes when you sent yours in and a few places made ECU chip adjustments that made a big difference to the mid range.
