Good day all..

What are your go to chain cleaning sprays, chain lube and general polish sprays?

WD40........but to be fair that's my answer to almost everything.

Ipone chain cleaner is the gold standard. Then xcp chain lube.

I tend to use the XCP on a rag as an all in one clean and lube but I never let the chain get that dirty.

75w80 gear oil is a great lube but it’s messy and smells funny.

Chains are always a compromise of effort and mess.

Sdoc100 cleaner is really good but you would do ok with Screwfix car shampoo and degreaser mixed together too.

I use the Screwfix knock off WD40 as a cleaner, then gear oil for lube, but I'm a 99% dry weather rider

Same here. WD40 to clean the chain then pretty much any spray can of chain grease/oil/wax.

I have a ScottOiler so don't clean the chain that often. My last chain did 30,000 miles which I didn't think was too bad for a bike with almost 220bhp used for touring and on wet days.

I thought with WD-40 being kerosene based, it wouldn't be good for sealed o-ring chains no? It will just end up bypassing the seals and removing the internal lube?

Chain cleaning, I wipe the chain, apply synthetic oil and wipe it again.
Takes about 1 minute after every ride.
