2007 zx6r valve clearance

Now that winter is coming, its time to tinker in the shed.

So my plan this year is to drop the engine and give that and the frame a deep clean, valve clearance check and also check the clutch.

Then after that just the basics , oil filter, oil, air filter and coolant change.

That's a lovely engine and gearbox, I had one back in 2007 for a couple of years, 22k miles done. The gearbox is like a little jewelled switch and the engine loves to rev, great fun.

Finally got round to measuring the valve clearance and removing the out of spec shims ...










All done with the aid of some early Xmas cake :-)

Shims all changed and rechecked. Next job is to polish the whole exhaust system, deep clean the frame and also remove and check the clutch tolerances
