Turn the pins either side and you should be able to release it. Take it out and reset it between the pins again. The pins can also be used to make it fit flush/tighter to the visor (they are asymmetrical so by turning them it tightens the pin lock).
Personally I gave up using pin locks as I got sick of faffing with them. After a while they always stopped working, and as I started wearing glasses found I didn't like having another aperture to look through. I don't find fogging an issue generally, but I am a fair weather rider.

You could just try installing the same one again, it's just a rubber strip that acts as the seal not a permanent attachment.
As others said, take the visor off, flex it flatter and the pinlock should pop off pretty easily.
Give the visor and the pinlock rubber a good clean and reattach it and see how that goes.
