Mysterious "ZX4R" restoration

So this video appeared in my Youtube feed:



Yeah, I don't think it's a 1989 ZX4R(!) and it's strange how a bike in such a state, with zero KM on the odo, is in a new crate with a new rear stand but it has a SC project exhaust muffler and filthy engine oil. It's like the bike version of those videos where folk apparantly save puppies from precarious places. But apart from that I can't figure out what the bike actually is. I'm sure I saw it a few years ago. The strange fake trellis frame rings a bell.....

Yep definitely a fake - Michelin Power 3 tyres on it, eBay cheap SC project exhaust, it's just a cheap bike they've rolled in the mud and left in the rain for a year. See also at 3:45 where he puts used engine oil back in it.
