Yes… i know the importance of safety, head shape, fit, comfort, noise levels etc etc

But can anyone recommend an open face helmet that doesn’t make the owner look like a bobble head?

Thanks!

I think Bell offer some of the best and great quality, with many colour options.

If you dont want the traditional look then maybe look at "jet" style helmets from companies like Shark

There are so many variations on the open face theme these days....

These guys do a range of low profile open faces.

As a 63cm helmet wearer I also looked bobble headed in most, but these guys sorted me out.

Went down J&S in Notts and tried a few on. Wanted the “style” of open face but safety / practicality won me over and just came away with a scorpion exo. Liked the front completely flips over. Fit seemed good.
Thanks for the suggestions 👍

Hedon are quite svelte.

My open face helmets are Arai and Shoei.

Bought a bell custom 500 and very happy with it. Only used it on tour once but was 2 weeks and 3700 miles. flip visor and lovely for all weather as I found out. Comfy and fit me well

Had first bit of a run out with my skorpion flip. Helmet was fine… bit noisier than my full face but that’s to be expected. But the big plus compared to my full face was visibility. Was really surprised - and pleased - how un- claustrophobic it was compared to my FF. Sure it would be the same for all open face and most flip helmets… but really enjoyed the experience.
