Deciphering Armour Rating

I've had a Google and thought I understood the armour ratings

This is on D30 armor and I'm confused, it seems to say it's both Level 1 and 2



I can see that it is S (shoulder armour) and the larger Type B

I read those markings as it passed level 1 hot and cold test. Level 2 cold test ?

Thanks - that would make sense - the googling I'd done didn't even find there was a temperature section !
