Speed triple engine change, help please

My brother in law in CZ needs to find a new engine for a 2011 Speed Triple 1050, the original is completely goosed.
Apparently they cannot find one in CZ for love nor money as Triumph are still only a small section of their market.
Does anyone know if the other 1050 engines from the same year (Sprint / Tiger) are the same or are there differences like cams or ecu that would scupper the plan?

As a straight forward bolt in job a Sprint engine won't fit as from memory the cylinder head mounting is different due to the different frame designs?
Not sure about the Tiger engine, might be in luck as the frames are very similar..
The 1050 engines of that era all seem to rev to about 9,400 which suggests they're all running the same or very similar cams.

One does advertise itself as a Sprint ST/Speed Triple engine so they could well be interchangeable.

Czechs are traditionally tight as all getout so he wants the absolute cheapest option; if a different model will fit in the same frame he will take it...
