Spada Ascent V2 or...?

Sorry if this has been done to death before but I couldn't see a thread. I've just received a Spada Ascent V2 textile jacket and trousers which looks great however the fit isn't right (I'm too fat!) and it seems very heavy for my use, which is a bit of touring in the summer and commuting roughly March to October weather permitting.

I could play around with the sizes but thought I'd ask in here first if anyone had any better ideas for similar use. Like the idea of armoured and waterproof and around that price.

Honestly the best thing to do is go to a big retailer and try on everything in your price range.
There’s just too much variation between how brands and each suit fits to say suit X will fit better than suit Y without trying them.

Big retailers tend to offer interest free payments. £25 a month goes out of the bank account unnoticed, and good gear lasts long after the payments have finished.
