Have been to the IOM but not whilst TT is on.

Thinking about it for next year - is it to late to book accomadation ?

Was thinking about a few nights only, not the duration, so catch a couple of races.

Fly in, hotel, and maybe scooter hire?

Different things for each - if you want to hire a motorcycle over there you probably do need to do it now.

Accommodation is always available, it just depends what you want or need. I won't camp, and I can't stay in places that allow pets due to allergies - but if you are able to be more flexible then even in race week things are available.

It's the same with flights - one year I realised on Monday of race week I had to take the Friday off to use some annual leave. I could have got a day return on easyjet or BA to see the senior if the weather hadn't been so iffy.

The ferries are weird. The Isle of Man Steam Packet take a deposit, then tell you the balance you need to pay on February. Unsurprisingly this means a lot of ferry slots come free then.
