What's the best way to sort this old CZ tank out please?

I've already tried electorlysis, citric acid, vinegar and now spirt of salt (seems to be the best option so far). There is obviously still crap in there that is blocking the carb that needs sorting. Do I need to seal it after getting rid of the muck or can I leave it as is? I keep hearing stories of sealant causing more problems that it sorts out....

Below pictures show the spirit of salt mixture in the tank

Put 1 Kg of small SPAX screws inside, close tank, and either

shake it will all your might to the tunes fo chioce like a giant marimba, for a few hours,

or attach some 2 x 2 wood to a concrete mixer, tie tank to wood, and let it rotate for a few hours.

SPAX screws have sharp edges and are hardened,

they act very abrasive and take all rust off without damaging / denting the outside.

After the cure, leave bare metal surface open and fill up, or coat when you like.
