I want some new "waterproof" gloves for touring duties. (I never bought waterproof gloves before)
Tried these on in the shop and I really liked them, perfect fit for me. The "wind-wire" adjustment is a bit OTT, but I can forgive that.

Anyway the price.. is that normal these days for good waterproof gloves ?

I've got a couple of pairs of Knox gloves with that type of adjuster and they work fine, not too fiddly.

If you don't want that though, I also have a pair of these. Rode back from the TT through the thunderstorms on Sunday night and my hands were bone dry. Very comfortable gloves, I'd definitely recommend them:

Hi

c110-140 is about right for a decent pair.

I'd buy Richa over Haalvasons as I've always viewed them as style over substance.

sportsbikeshop are great, just order 4 or 5 pairs and send back the ones you don't get on with, their service is fantastic, even better if you live near a store of theirs you can just drop it all back in !!!

+1 for SportsBikeShop thumbup

I might put Held Score or Stadler Guard gloves at the top of the list to try for size. Held makes both, and it’s hard to beat Held gloves for sheer quality.

The Stadler-branded Guard glove is pricey, but the Held Score is priced fairly for what you get.

I keep looking for a decent pair of waterproof summer gloves.
Most of the ones out there are thermal lined which will be too hot for me.

I need some new summer gloves but I'd formed the view that waterproof ones will have to be unvented and therefore will prob be too hot anyway? I was going to go for full vented gloves and chuck the waterproof ones in for long journeys in case needed. If it's raining then there will be some degree of wind chill at speed on wet gloves anyway?
